Injury Report: Amar’e Stoudemire will miss the game for New York with a swollen knee. Kenyon Martin will be sidelined with a sore ankle, Pablo Prigioni will be out with a broken toe. Raymond Felton is still nursing a sore left hamstring. For Milwaukee, Larry Sanders is out with a broken hand. Carlos Delfino and Zaza Pachulia. Caron Butler will be out with a sore left knee and OJ Mayo is missing the game for a personal matter.
- New York will travel to Milwaukee to face off against the Bucks for the second time this season on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. at HMO Harris Bradley Center.
- New York won its earlier meeting versus the Bucks on opening night with a 90-83 victory. New York will travel back to Milwaukee on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014. Milwaukee will visit the “Big Apple” on Saturday, Mar. 15, 2014.
- New York is looking to extend its six-game winning streak over the Bucks including two straight in Milwaukee. The six-game winning streak is New York’s second longest active winning streak against any one team (seven-game active winning streak versus Orlando).
- New York was led by Carmelo Anthony’s 19 points and 10 rebounds over 38 minutes for his first double-double of the season. Raymond Felton added 18 points, three assists and three steals over 34 minutes of play. Iman Shumpert posted 16 points and four rebounds over 33 minutes. Milwaukee was paced by Gary Neal’s 16 points and five assists off the bench. Caron Butler added 14 points.
Analysis: The Knicks have owned the Bucks lately and Tyson Chandler. Hopefully Chandler’s return will off-set the loss of Felton and Prigioni.
